Kris, Daniel, Elizabeth & Jaillet Family, I am so sorry to hear about Jim's passing. Please know that I haven't forgotten any of you and especially now in your time of sadness. My heart goes out to you. I'm happy I had the chance to work with closely with Jim for several years at DYS Analytics when it was based in Wellesley. He was a very honest, likeable, intelligent man whom I enjoyed working with very much. I was touched that he invited me to his house to have dinner with all of you. I remember him working well with everyone and resolving all customer worries with ease and finesse. I have also notified a bunch of former DYS Analytics employees about this terrible loss and relayed the services information. Please take care of yourself and try to think of all the good memories with him and all the people he brought a smile too.
