Obituary for Beverly J. Endsley (Elwell)
We are saddened to share the passing of our beloved mother Beverly June Endsley (Elwell) of Wilmington, MA May 19, 2020. Beverly was the daughter of Cora Alice Elwell (Warwick, RI), sister of 8 brothers and sisters, mother to Carl Endsley (Roy, WA), Catherine Short (Inverness, FL), Peggy Ceit Endsley (Port Orchard, WA), Pollyanna Sidell (Marlboro, MA), and Pamela Cirame (Wilmington, MA) and all of their friends. She was a proud Nana to 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Beverly left Warwick and traveled the world far and wide. She wore many hats over the years including a Girl Scouts leader, sailor of the sea, officer in the USCG Auxiliary, librarian, INS Agent, innkeeper and bookkeeper.
A private memorial will take place at a future date. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a Covid-19 supporting organization of your choice. Whether it be for CDC Research, America’s Feeding America, a local hospital, or a local business, Beverly was always first to lend a hand so others could have a better life.
