Obituary for Bethany J. (Pascucci) Whiffin
Bethany Jean (Pascucci) Whiffin, 44, of Acton, MA, died Tuesday June 11, 2019 at the Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, MA. Bethany was the beloved wife of Kevin P. Whiffin; the couple were to celebrate their 15th wedding anniversary on August 28th. She is also survived by her parents Amerino and Joyce Pascucci, a sister Kristine A. McNeil and her husband Kevin, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws and their families.
Bethany was born in Warwick and raised in Smithfield, RI and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Johnson and Wales University in Providence. For nearly 13 years she was employed as the Sales Operations and Support Manager for International Data Group (IDG),, formerly CMP, in Framingham, MA. Bethany loved to cook, and never had enough recipes. A fan of the NY Yankees, she loved baseball and enjoyed gardening, the beach and charity work. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Visiting hours are Monday June 17th from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Acton Funeral Home, 470 Massachusetts Ave (Rte 111) Acton. The funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday June 18th at 10:00 A.M. in St. Bridget’s Church, 831 Worcester Road (Rte 9 Eastbound) Framingham. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Concord Road, Acton Center.
