I'm not surprised at the charity the family selected - she would love this selection.

A light has gone out of this world, a special and bright light. I was in Michelle and Dick's gourmet group. In all the time I have been with Michelle I have never (and I mean NEVER) heard her mention a bad word about anyone. Besides being lovely to look at (that smile shown bright) she was fun to be with. Michele's contributions to our dinners were special. Since she would sometimes call at the last moment she would often have to make the difficult dishes that we others didn't care to make and they were creative and the best (I'm a real foodie!). Dick and Michele had a relationship that I wanted to emulate, so caring - they made a point of knowing where the other half was at all times or Michelle would say Dick was at their other place in upstate NY. I heard Michelle at the piano a couple of times but wasn't able to go to her concerts unfortunately, but I can picture her there even now. I used to enjoy her talking about Joshua with whom my daughter went to high school, also her other kids and grandchildren - her light was very bright then. I should probably stop here but I won't because she was an inspiration to me. She was a good conversationalist and introduced us to interesting people with whom we ate dinner at their lovely home. I was sorry when they moved. There's more but I want to say how sorry I am to Dick. I can't even imagine what is was like in the days after we had our last dinner together at Mary Van's and Michele was there with her wig and looking as beautiful and as ever. To her kids and grand kids and other friends I'm sorry for your and my loss.
