MAYNARD: Sally (Edgar) Muollo, 86, a longtime Maynard resident, died peacefully Mon. March 4, 2019 in Boston. Born in Boston and raised in Brighton, she was the daughter of the late Murray T. and Margaret (Egan) Edgar, and wife of the late Rudolph P. Muollo. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Muollo and his wife Linda of Leominster, MA.

Mrs. Muollo was retired from Digital Equipment Corp, where she was employed for 22 years. A former Maynard Emblem Club member, she enjoyed playing cribbage, planting flowers in her garden, trips and events with the Maynard Senior Citizens, and was a parishioner of St. Bridget’s Parish in Maynard. She loved the beach; Cape Cod and West Dennis in particular. She also had a special place in her heart for animals, especially her “granddog” Samantha. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Visiting hours are Thursday March 7th from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the Acton Funeral Home, 470 Massachusetts Ave (Rte 111) Acton. The funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday March 8th at 10:00 A.M. in St. Bridget’s Church, 1 Percival St., Maynard with burial in Glenwood Cemetery, 254 Great Road (Rte 117 entrance) Maynard.
