Obituary for Joyce M. (Pezzolou) Fell
Joyce M. (Pezzolou) Fell, 71, a resident of Boxborough, MA for 28 years and formerly of Danvers, MA, passed away unexpectedly from natural causes on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA.
Joyce leaves her beloved husband of 23 years John J. Fell of Boxborough, MA and her grandson, Michael Poupolo of Gloucester, MA. She was the mother of the late Andy Poupolo and Danny Poupolo. She also leaves her daughter in-law Joy Kontotiannis of Lynn and her step-brother, Thomas Tierney of Norwood.
Joyce was born in Boston, MA, daughter of the late Joseph and Hazel (Budd) Pezzolou. She was raised in Jamaica Plain section of Boston were she attended local schools. She was a former sales representative for Wilson’s Casual and Patio Furniture located in Berlin, MA.
Joyce was a loving and devoted wife and grandmother. She was a gifted artist and spent many hours weekly painting and drawing different works. She always cherished time spent with her family, especially with her grandson Michael. She will always be remembered for her love of family and animals of all kind.
Visiting Sun. Feb. 17th, 2019 from 11:00am-1:00pm followed by a service and celebration of life at 1:00pm at the Acton Funeral Home, 470 Massachusetts Ave (Rte 111) Acton. Burial to be private.
