When her children were born Florence became a stay at home mom, and only when they were older she worked mother's hours for the Woburn school department so she could still be home for them.

After her retirement, the Duggans moved to Maynard and Mrs. Duggan was proud to spend over 20 years caring for others in their homes as a private caregiver. She had a love of cooking and hosting parties, especially summer parties outdoors at her Woburn home. Talented in many areas, Mrs. Duggan also enjoyed to crochet and knit, creating many items for her family and friends through the years.

In 2005 she met the second love of her life, Jack McHugh, Sr. of Billerica, and together they traveled the world. Jack passed Easter of 2016. All three, Florence, Richard and Jack will be sadly missed by family and friends.

This is just sad news. I remember so many childhood memories at their house in Woburn especially all the pool parties! I met their family in early 1978 when my family moved right behind them! Our houses became 2nd homes for me and Michelle! Flo, you will be missed so much!
