Kenneth R. Nowokunski, Concord, MA, Age 57

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of the light of our life, Ken Nowokunski (Kenny, Nowa) husband, son, brother, uncle and good friend to so many. Ken left this world on Saturday, January 19th, 2019 but lives on in the hearts of all of us who loved him so dearly. Nothing in the world meant more to Ken than his family, friends and of course skiing. An avid skier for all of his life, Ken was a ski instructor, clinic conductor, coach and racer and spent many of his years between Nashoba Valley Ski Area and Killington, Vermont. He and his wife Wendy shared a special love of friendship, fun and family.

Ken Nowokunski, originally from Acton, is survived by his wife, Wendy Nowokunski, his mother Dolores Nowokunski of Fitchburg, MA, his sister Carol Scoville and her husband Mike and his nephews Riley and Ben Scoville, and niece Tess of Vacaville, CA, his brother Benedict Nowokunski of Waltham, MA, and his nieces Katy Agule Hayes and her husband John Hayes of Chestnut Hill, MA, Devon Agule, of Queens, NY, Ana Raso and Nina Raso of Westford, MA and his beloved dog, Maggie.

Visiting hours are 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday January 25th at Acton Funeral Home, 470 Massachusetts Avenue (Rt. 111), Acton, MA. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday January 26th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the same location, burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery on Concord Road in Acton immediately following the service.
