Obituary for Daniel Raymond Morgan

Daniel Raymond Morgan, 46, of Boxborough, MA formerly of Clinton, MA passed away peacefully at his residence with his loving family by his side on Saturday December 22, 2018.

Daniel was born in Orange, California son of the late John Bicchieri and survived by his mother, Samantha (Durling) Morgan of Boxborough, MA. He was raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming where he attended local schools before returning to Lancaster, MA where he graduated from Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical High School, class of 1990.

Besides his mother he is survived by his two sisters, Laura Winters of Gardner, MA and Kimberly Rico and her husband Mark of Princeton, MA. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Cara Roland and her husband Jack and their son Gabriel of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Jason Winters and his daughter Gigi of Gardner, MA, Beth Winters of Gardner, MA and Michael Casson and his wife Kylee of Clinton, MA as well as many other relatives and close friends.

Daniel was a car enthusiast and especially enjoyed his ’69 Chevy Malibu as well as his El Camino. Dan was a mechanic and worked for several different companies in the area during his career. He was fondly know as “Napa Dan” for the years he was employed by NAPA. In his spare time he enjoyed snowmobiling in the winter months, building car models and was a history buff. He was an active member of the Acton Minutemen, Acton Historical Society and Iron Work Farm of South Acton. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Daniel’s funeral arrangements are under the thoughtful guidance of the Acton Funeral Home, 470 Massachusetts Ave. (Rte 111) Acton.
