Madeline (Terrasi) Higgins of Clinton, 83, formerly of Hudson and born in Maynard, passed away unexpectedly at Umass Medical Center on August 15.

Known as "Honey" to her loved ones, she is survived by her husband and best friend Bill of 60 years, her son Billy and his wife Kristin of Clinton and daughter Karen Saisa-Southworth and her husband Bill of Clinton. She leaves behind four grandchildren, Olivia and Benjamin Saisa, and Christopher and James Ledoux. She is survived by her loving sisters, Marion Bedard of Maynard and Jean Davis of York, ME, and her brother Tony Terrasi of Marlboro. She is pre-deceased by her younger brother Joseph Terrasi and her parents Emily and Espedito Terrasi. She is a loving sister-in-law, and aunt to many nieces and nephews and a dear friend to many.

Honey loved spending time with her family, reading Daniel Steele, visiting The Hudson Senior Center and traveling to Mohegan Sun with her husband.

Visitation at the Acton Funeral Home, 470 Massachusetts Ave. (Rte 111) Acton will be held on Monday, Aug. 20, 2018 from 9 to 11am followed by a service at 11am in the funeral home. Burial services will follow in Glenwood Cemetery, Maynard, MA.
