Message to the Family: I just want to express my heartfelt condolences to Sheila's immediate and extended family & friends. I don't think I've ever felt the presence of an angel on earth until I got to know Sheila. We had never met, but I spoke to her several times a week through my clinic and her employer. We became more than phone friends and talked about our lives and loved ones in addition to doing our jobs. Calling Sheila was always a pleasure even when she had bad news to share. Her love for her family lit up the conversation and her humor was never far away, even during difficult times. She is one of my heroes and I hope that her loved ones know how much they meant to her and can find comfort in that knowledge. She is someone I never met, but will never forget. One of God's angels on earth for sure.
