Obituary for Rose Grace (Mini) Trioli

Rose Grace (Mini)  Trioli
Rose Grace (Mini) Trioli, 98, of Orange, MA, former longtime resident of Maynard, MA, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at her residence on Thursday, July 19, 2018. She was she beloved wife of the late Joseph S. “Sal” Trioli who died in 1975.

Rose was born in Boston, MA, daughter of the late Pasquale and Rose (DeFrancesco) Mini. She was raised in East Boston (Orient Heights) and following her marriage to Joseph resided in Somerville for a short time prior to moving to Maynard. She was employed as an assistant manager working for many years in the Sears & Roebuck catalogue store in Maynard until her retirement. She was a member of St. Bridget’s Parish in Maynard and Legion of Mary member.

Rose leaves her children, Leah Marie Bennett and husband Norman of Orange, MA, Michael Trioli and wife Theresa of Haverhill, MA and Philip Trioli and wife Jane of New Boston, NH. She also leaves her 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; her brother-in-law, Salvatore Trioli of Malden, MA along with many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her 8 siblings.

Rose had many talents and hobbies throughout her life and as a natural artist she loved to paint and draw in her spare time. She enjoyed playing the piano and was well known for her vocal singing talents, often being invited to join the band for a few songs while attending dances. She was an avid ballroom dancer and along with her husband Joseph always looked forward to ballroom events “dancing the night away”. She was very devoted to her Parish at St. Bridget’s in Maynard, volunteering in all aspects of the parish activities. Her loving, caring and giving spirit will be remembered and cherished by all who loved and knew her.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, July 26, 2018 from 9:00 to 10:30am at the Acton Funeral Home, 470 Massachusetts Ave (Rte 111) Acton. A Funeral Mass will follow on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 11am in St. Bridget’s Church, 1 Percival Street, Maynard, MA. Burial services will follow in St. Bridget’s Cemetery, Great Road, Maynard, MA.
