Quirk and Damien Lamie; sisters Dorothy Fromm, Georgianna Carlyle and Joyce Ann Knowles; her dear niece Dorothy E. She was predeceased by her parents, Herbert and Mabel (Smith) Knowles; brothers James Knowles and Herbert Knowles Jr.; and sisters Barbara Walcott, Mary Tatten and Emily Davis.

Ms. Lamie attended the Maynard schools and was first employed by Dennison Manufacturing for 12 years. She later worked for Digital Equipment Corporation for 14 years, then for Stratus for 4 years before retiring. She enjoyed playing bingo with her friends and trips to Mohegan Sun. She is remembered as devoted to her family and she cherished time spent with them. She will be greatly missed.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time. The family is planning a Life Celebration, details of which will be announced.
