Message: I only knew Rick for a few years, while volunteering with AVLL. Over that time I got to know him as a dedicated father, selfless volunteer, and proud Firefighter. I'll miss our conversations about “The Job”, as my father, brother, and every other Firefighter refers to their calling. He was a passionate guy, and clearly missed it. I wish I had the opportunity to thank him for all the effort he put into Assabet Valley Little League. He spent countless hours volunteering & coaching, so that children like mine would fondly remember youth baseball & softball. That will always be part of his legacy, and much appreciated.
