The Bible is a huge source of comfort for me when I am sad. In it I have learned that I am not alone. A scripture that has helped me very much is, Philippians 4: 13, it states, "For all things I have the strength through the one who gives me power." Through prayer we can ask God for the strength we need during very difficult times.
